This product is only suitable for use with various types of fuel, such as gasoline, diesel, heating oil, and heavy oil.
The oil-soluble brown paste can be applied to a length of string and used to test the water's depth in a tank. It will change its color once it comes into contact with the water, which will give you an indication of its presence. The water will then be pumped out and tested again until there is no more water in the tank. A Water-Seeker or Oilybits Polymer will then be used to absorb the remaining water.
The product should be stored at a temperature of between 31 and 115 degrees Fahrenheit for optimal shelf life.
