The Edwards GasCheck G3 features a Micro Thermal Conductivity sensor for enhanced sensitivity. Static discharge reels are used to ground equipment operating in hazardous atmospheres, such as fuel trucks or wheeled carts transferring flammable materials. When properly clamped to the ground, the static discharge reel dissipates static electrical buildup which reduces the chances of sparking and the potential for explosion.
